Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Camp Genie, operated by Dice and Daydreams LLC (“Camp Genie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By creating an account or completing a booking through Camp Genie, you agree to these Terms.

1. Role of Camp Genie

Camp Genie is an online platform that enables families to discover, compare, and book camp programs.

Camp Genie does not own, operate, manage, or control any camp. Each camp is solely responsible for:

• Its programs and curriculum

• Facilities and operations

• Staff hiring and supervision

• Camper safety

• Compliance with applicable laws

• Insurance coverage

• Program policies

Camp Genie’s role is limited to facilitating bookings and processing payments according to the camp’s defined payment schedule.

2. Booking & Payment Authorization

By completing a booking:

• You agree to the program pricing and payment schedule displayed at checkout.

• You authorize Camp Genie to charge your selected payment method in accordance with that schedule.

• You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable except as described below.

If you select an installment plan:

• You remain responsible for the full tuition amount.

• All scheduled payments must be made by their due dates.

• Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your reserved spot without refund of prior payments.

If you book after one or more installment due dates have passed, all past-due amounts will be collected at the time of booking.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made through Camp Genie are non-refundable.

Camp Genie does not issue refunds.

In limited circumstances, a camp may, at its sole discretion, choose to issue a partial refund directly to the family. Any such decision:

• Is made solely by the camp

• Is not guaranteed

• Is evaluated on a case-by-case basis

• Does not obligate Camp Genie

Camp Genie is not responsible for refund determinations made by camps.

4. Camp Cancellations or Program Changes

If a camp cancels a session or makes a material change to a program:

• The camp is responsible for notifying families.

• The camp determines whether any accommodation or refund will be offered.

Camp Genie is not responsible for operational decisions made by camps.

5. Information Sharing

By completing a booking, you authorize Camp Genie to share your registration information (including parent and child details) with the selected camp for purposes of enrollment, administration, and required documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp Genie is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from participation in any camp program.

Camp Genie’s total liability relating to any booking shall not exceed the amount of fees retained by Camp Genie for that booking.

7. Changes to the Platform

Camp Genie may modify the Platform, features, or listings at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
