Cancellation & Payment Policy
Camp Genie facilitates camp bookings and processes payments on behalf of participating camps.
Please review this policy carefully before completing a booking.
1. Payment Commitment
When you book a camp through Camp Genie, you are committing to the full tuition amount for the selected program.
Payment may be structured as:

Pay in full at booking
OR
-
Installments due on scheduled dates
Regardless of payment schedule, the full tuition amount remains due.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made through Camp Genie are final and non-refundable.
This includes:

Deposits
-
Installment payments
-
Full tuition payments
Camp Genie does not provide refunds.
3. Camp-Directed Exceptions
In limited and exceptional circumstances, a camp may choose — at its sole discretion — to issue a partial refund.
Any such refund:

Is determined solely by the camp

Is not guaranteed
-
Is handled directly by the camp
-
Does not include refund of Camp Genie’s earned service fee
Camp Genie does not mediate refund decisions.
4. Missed Installments
If installment payments are not completed by their due dates:

The camp may cancel the reservation.

Previously paid amounts remain non-refundable.
5. Camp Cancellations or Material Changes
If a camp cancels a session or makes a significant program change:

The camp will communicate directly with families.

The camp determines whether any accommodation or refund will be offered.
Camp Genie is not responsible for operational decisions made by camps.
